Step 3 – Credit Approval
Once we have received the full information relating to your finance, we will credit approve your deal and issue you with formal terms. We will then proceed into the legals and valuation stage.
Step 4 – Valuation and Legals
We will appoint a valuer to do a formal financing valuation and our solicitor will issue the required securities documents.
Step 5 – Completion
Once you are ready, our team will ensure your finance arrives in time for your completion.
